THE THEME: Life in Confinement

Due to the spread of the Corona virus, about 3 billions people worldwide are currently living under confinement.
In Switzerland the confederation officially request that people strictly restrict their movements and stay at home. You may not be able to go out as much as you would like to or usually do in the next few weeks so we adopted the contest theme to this very specific situation we are all living.
This quarter PICZ asks you to document your daily life during this unique period
we are living

The period we are currently living will make history and will be thought to future generations

The usual competition rule will be adapted as follow
  • Each competitor will post a maximum of 5 pictures that will form a consistent serie
  • The jury evaluation will be based on the whole series and not on a single shot
The goal here is not to be a breaking news journalist but to have a testimony of the situation we are all going through
PICZ reminds you that you should at all time comply with the Swiss Authority Guidances (https://www.bag.admin.ch) and that the goal here is not to take sensationalist pictures.
